Responsibilities Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, cakes, tarts, and desserts following established recipes and standards Decorate cakes and pastries with precision using cake decorating techniques to ensure visual appeal Package baked goods efficiently while maintaining freshness and presentation quality Assist in food production and food preparation tasks to support overall kitchen operations Maintain high standards of food safety, handling ingredients properly and adhering to hygiene protocols Support catering events by preparing specialty desserts and ensuring timely delivery Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen workflow and uphold excellent customer service Requirements Proven pastry experience with strong skills in baking, cake decorating, and food presentation Knowledge of food handling safety standards and kitchen hygiene practices Experience in food production, preparation, and catering environments Skilled in knife techniques, baking methods, and culinary arts within the food industry Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting while maintaining attention to detail Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude toward teamwork Prior restaurant or food industry experience is highly desirable; culinary school training is a plus Join us if you're eager to craft beautiful desserts that excite the senses!
