Executive Pastry Chef Qualifications required: Executive Pastry Chef with at least a BA or trade diploma in pastry and a minimum of 5 years experience as a pastry Chef Description of duties: New pastry concept creation Responsible for production and logistic of orders to the different stores Responsible to create content to be used later for social media Responsible for hiring, training new staff Responsible to create and display staff schedule and any time off, vacation, requests Cost Control Responsible for monthly inventory and communication with the finance department Salary and benefits (Paid vacation) - $55K-$70K based on qualifications and work experience.
