This is an opportunity to help build a high-quality takeout-only Chinese food concept focused on authenticity, exceptional execution, and truly outstanding food. We are not looking to create another generic takeout restaurant. We are not interested in fusion or pan-Asian cuisine. The vision is to build a concept rooted in authentic Chinese cooking traditions, regional specialties, proper technique, quality ingredients, bold flavors, and dishes that reflect the depth and history of real Chinese cuisine. From Sichuan, Cantonese, Hunan, Shanghai, Northern Chinese, and other regional influences, we are looking for someone who genuinely respects the craft, detail, and tradition behind the food. The right culinary partner is someone obsessed with: Authentic flavors Traditional techniques Regional Chinese cuisine Quality ingredients Wok cooking Dumplings, noodles, broths, sauces, textures, and balance Consistency and execution Delivering an exceptional takeout experience This concept is being developed for the Delray Beach and Boca Raton market with plans for future expansion throughout South Florida and beyond.
