Sushi Chef (Roller) We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Sushi Chef (Roller) to join our kitchen team. This role is responsible for preparing high-quality sushi rolls and maintaining consistency in taste, presentation, and food safety standards. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of sushi techniques, works efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare a variety of sushi rolls, including classic and specialty rolls, with precision and consistency Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and handled according to food safety standards Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation at all times Follow restaurant recipes, portioning, and presentation guidelines Assist with prep work such as cutting fish, preparing rice, and sauces Monitor inventory and communicate shortages or needs to management Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
