Job Description

Job Summary We are looking for a passionate and experienced Food Service Supervisor to lead our culinary and hospitality team. In this role, you will oversee daily operations in a dynamic food service environment, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, extensive culinary knowledge, and a background in managing food production and service in fine dining or catering settings. Your enthusiasm and expertise will help create memorable experiences for our guests while fostering a positive team atmosphere. Duties Supervise and coordinate all aspects of food preparation, presentation, and service to ensure excellence in every detail. Oversee banquet events, catering services, and restaurant operations, maintaining smooth workflow and timely delivery. Manage inventory control and food safety procedures to minimize waste and ensure compliance with health regulations. Lead, motivate, and develop team members through effective supervision, shift management, and training initiatives. Collaborate with the dietary department to accommodate special dietary needs and enhance menu offerings. Plan menus in collaboration with culinary staff, considering seasonal ingredients, dietary restrictions, and guest preferences. Maintain a clean, organized kitchen environment while ensuring adherence to food handling standards and safety protocols. Skills Extensive banquet experience combined with supervising or team management background in food service settings. Strong knowledge of food production, catering, restaurant management, and kitchen operations. Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage shifts efficiently. Experience in fine dining environments or high-end hospitality is highly desirable. Proficiency in inventory management, food safety practices, and food handling regulations. Excellent communication skills to coordinate between kitchen staff, front-of-house teams, and guests. Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
