The ideal candidate will possess a passion for fine dining, extensive culinary expertise, and proven leadership abilities. As the Head Chef, you will oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, from menu creation and food preparation to staff supervision and inventory management. Your role is vital in ensuring the highest standards of food quality, safety, and service are consistently met, inspiring your team to excel and delight our guests. Responsibilities Lead and manage the entire kitchen team, fostering a positive, collaborative work environment focused on excellence and innovation. Develop creative and diverse menus that align with the restaurant's concept while incorporating seasonal ingredients and dietary considerations. Oversee food production processes to ensure consistency, quality, and presentation meet brand standards. Supervise food handling, preparation, and cooking activities to maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and hygiene standards. Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste to optimize operational efficiency. Coordinate catering events and banquet services, ensuring seamless execution from setup to service delivery. Train staff on food service procedures, culinary techniques, and safety protocols while promoting continuous professional development. Oversee shift management, including scheduling staff rotations, monitoring performance, and addressing operational challenges promptly. Qualifications Extensive culinary experience with a strong background in fine dining establishments. Proven supervising experience leading kitchen teams in high-pressure environments. Demonstrated expertise in menu planning, food production, and catering operations. Strong knowledge of food safety standards and dietary department practices. Experience managing inventory control systems and food service management tools. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
