In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, from menu development and food preparation to staff supervision and quality control. Responsibilities Lead and manage all kitchen operations, including food production, food service management, and catering activities. Develop innovative menus that align with brand standards and meet diverse dietary needs. Supervise and mentor culinary staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and kitchen assistants, promoting teamwork and professional growth. Oversee inventory management and control to minimize waste while ensuring the availability of high-quality ingredients. Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and sanitation standards across all kitchen areas. Coordinate banquet services, special events, and fine dining experiences with precision and efficiency. Monitor food handling procedures, cooking techniques, and presentation standards to ensure exceptional quality at all times. Experience Proven supervisory experience in a fast-paced culinary environment with a focus on fine dining or upscale hospitality. Extensive culinary experience with strong background in food preparation, food management, and kitchen management. Demonstrated success in menu planning, inventory control, and food service management. Experience working with dietary departments or managing special dietary requirements is highly desirable. Familiarity with catering operations, banquet services, and restaurant management practices. Knowledge of food safety protocols, HACCP standards, and overall food industry best practices. Previous roles involving team leadership within hospitality or restaurant settings are preferred.
