Duties Assist the team in managing all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, presentation, and service Supervise and motivate kitchen staff to maintain high standards of culinary excellence and teamwork Oversee food production processes to ensure consistency, quality, and timely delivery of dishes Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, stock rotation, and minimizing waste Ensure strict adherence to food safety and sanitation regulations across all kitchen areas Coordinate with catering and banquet teams to support large-scale events with precision and professionalism Lead shift management by organizing staff schedules, delegating tasks, and maintaining smooth workflow during busy periods Requirements Proven experience in fine dining environments with a strong background in food preparation and kitchen management Demonstrated supervisory experience leading culinary teams effectively Extensive banquet experience and familiarity with catering operations are highly desirable Knowledge of dietary requirements and experience working within dietary departments preferred Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff and foster a collaborative team atmosphere Expertise in inventory management, food handling, and food safety protocols Excellent communication skills combined with a passion for culinary innovation and hospitality excellence Join us as a Sous Chef to elevate our culinary standards while advancing your career in a vibrant, supportive environment.
