Your leadership will ensure seamless food production, impeccable service standards, and adherence to food safety regulations. Duties Lead the development and execution of innovative menus that align with the restaurant's concept and customer preferences Oversee all aspects of kitchen management, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure high-quality standards Supervise and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive team environment focused on collaboration and continuous improvement Manage inventory control and food cost analysis to optimize procurement and reduce waste while maintaining freshness and quality Coordinate catering events, banquets, and special functions with precision to meet client specifications and uphold service excellence Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations related to food handling and kitchen operations Oversee shift management, scheduling staff efficiently to meet fluctuating demand without compromising quality or service speed Skills Extensive culinary experience with a strong background in fine dining and catering environments Proven supervising experience in a high-volume kitchen setting with team management responsibilities Deep knowledge of food safety standards, dietary department procedures, and inventory management practices Expertise in menu planning, food production, and food service management across various settings including restaurants, banquets, and hospitality venues Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams, manage shifts effectively, and handle multiple priorities seamlessly Excellent cooking skills combined with proficiency in kitchen management software and inventory control systems Familiarity with food industry trends, catering logistics, and restaurant operations to innovate continually while maintaining operational efficiency Join us as our Head Chef and lead a passionate culinary team dedicated to delivering exceptional dining experiences.
