Overview Chart House Longboat Key, FL Chart House of Longboat Key is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead the culinary direction of one of Sarasota's most iconic waterfront restaurants. Set on gorgeous Longboat Key overlooking the sparkling Gulf waters of Sarasota Bay, Chart House offers a dining experience that feels like a tropical getaway, featuring seafood specialties with a local twist in a stunning indoor and outdoor setting. The Executive Chef will oversee all kitchen operations, inspire and develop a talented culinary team, and uphold the high standards of quality, creativity, and consistency that define the Chart House brand. Qualifications At least 5 years of Culinary Management experience, with at least 2 years as an Executive Chef in an upscale / fine dining establishment Strong knowledge and attention to detail on back of the house operations including staff supervision, inventory controls and food/labor cost, and product quality Strong communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills Stable and progressive work history; Strong work ethic EOE #LI-AW1
