Job Summary To Apply for this Job Click Here Executive Chef - Miami, FL Join a leading hospitality group as Executive Chef at a renowned South Florida restaurant celebrated for vibrant Central and South American flavors and an elevated guest experience. This exciting leadership role offers creative, operational, and strategic influence within a high-volume, events-driven setting. You'll shape the culinary vision for one of the region's top destinations while leading a talented team and setting standards for quality and innovation. Executive Chef Benefits & Compensation Annual salary of $100,000-$120,000 1 week paid vacation after 6 months; 2 weeks after 1 year Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Additional supplemental insurance plans available Employee Assistance Program and recognition initiatives Complimentary employee meals PTO and sick leave Executive Chef Requirements & Qualifications Minimum 7+ years of professional culinary experience At least 5 years in a senior kitchen leadership role (Executive Chef, Chef de Cuisine, or equivalent) Proven experience managing large teams and complex, high-volume kitchen operations Strong financial acumen with direct responsibility for kitchen COGs, labor, and budgets Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills Deep passion for seasonal, locally sourced ingredients and globally inspired cuisine Experience with high-volume production, upscale kitchens, and/or commissary operations Knowledge of South or Central American cuisine Executive Chef Day-to-Day Responsibilities Lead development and execution of creative, seasonally-driven menus aligned with restaurant ethos Oversee all kitchen operations, including production, service, offsite commissary logistics, and quality control Recruit, train, and inspire a large culinary team—fostering accountability and growth Manage kitchen financials, including food and labor costs, budgeting, and operational efficiency Maintain consistent standards for recipe quality, food safety, and sanitation Collaborate closely with front-of-house teams to ensure exceptional guest experiences Support marketing initiatives through menu features, content creation, and brand storytelling Drive a culture of collaboration, communication, and continuous improvement If you're a dynamic, visionary chef passionate about both cuisine and leadership, this is your chance to make a lasting impact at an acclaimed destination restaurant in South Florida.
