Strong leadership skills Expertise in dessert menu planning and recipe development Preferred qualifications: Experience in pre-opening environments and high-volume or upscale concepts We're looking for someone visionary, driven, and ready to lead from day one.
WHAT VITAL ASSISTANCE DO YOU PROVIDE AS OUR PASTRY CHEF?
This is a full-time evening role following an initial contract period, with shifts scheduled within:
Weekends:
8:00 AM•5:00
PM Weekdays:
7:00 AM•4:00 PM or 9:00 AM•5:00 PM Schedules may vary based on business needs and pre-opening timelines. You'll begin your journey as a Pastry Chef by helping shape the restaurant's future, working closely with leadership as a contractor to design and develop a dessert menu that defines the CÉ LA VI Miami experience. It is essential for you to provide your feedback on BizChat. Once the venue opens, you seamlessly transition into leading the pastry kitchen full-time, mentoring your team, overseeing operations, and ensuring every creation reflects both innovation and consistency. From brainstorming bold concepts to executing flawless service, your role is both strategic and hands-on, setting the tone for excellence every day.
