Job Summary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Organizing and writing the days task list for production
Practicing proper safe food handling and storage procedures
Preparing, cooking and displaying ready to eat foods in the deli showcase
Preparing and cooking foods for off premise catering orders Minimum 5 years experience cooking.
