Executive Chef — Nove Pasta House Nove Pasta House is seeking an Opening Executive Chef to help lead and build a new pasta-focused restaurant centered around quality, hospitality, consistency, and culture. We are looking for a chef who wants more than just another job. This is an opportunity to help shape a restaurant from the ground up alongside ownership and operators who are deeply involved in the business every day. Nove Pasta House is built around fresh handmade pasta, ingredient-driven cooking, strong hospitality, and creating a restaurant guests genuinely want to return to weekly. The goal is to combine elevated standards with an energetic, approachable atmosphere. We are building a restaurant with structure, accountability, professionalism, and long-term growth in mind — and we are looking for a leader who shares that vision. Responsibilities Lead all daily kitchen operations Maintain consistency, organization, cleanliness, and professionalism Oversee prep systems, ordering, inventory, food cost, and scheduling Develop and mentor the culinary team Execute and maintain high food quality and presentation standards Collaborate on menu development, seasonal features, and systems Build a strong kitchen culture centered around accountability and teamwork Work service daily while leading by example Assist in hiring, training, and opening operations What We're Looking For Strong leadership presence and communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-standard environment Passion for hospitality, mentorship, and continuous improvement Strong organizational and operational skills Pasta and Italian cuisine experience preferred Experience with high-volume execution preferred Ability to maintain standards under pressure Weekend and holiday availability required We are open to both experienced Executive Chefs and strong Sous Chefs ready for the next step in their career.
