Executive Chef
  • High-End Steakhouse Location:

Salary:
$120,000
  • 150,000 (negotiable based on experience)
Summary:
Our client is seeking an accomplished Executive Chef to lead a premier steakhouse concept within a world-class luxury hospitality destination. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a culinary professional with experience in elevated steakhouses, luxury hotels, or Michelin / Forbes-rated environments. This role will be instrumental in driving culinary excellence, guest satisfaction, and operational success across a flagship dining concept.
What You'll Do:
  • Lead all culinary operations for a premier steakhouse, ensuring a consistently elevated guest experience
  • Develop and execute refined menus focused on premium cuts, seasonality, and exceptional sourcing
  • Oversee butchery standards, dry-aging programs, seafood offerings, and classic steakhouse accompaniments
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing culinary team built on accountability and excellence
  • Drive profitability through effective labor management, purchasing controls, and inventory oversight
  • Ensure full compliance with sanitation, safety, and food quality standards
  • Partner closely with restaurant and front-of-house leadership to deliver seamless service
  • Stay informed on culinary trends while preserving the integrity of a classic luxury steakhouse experience
What You Bring:
  • 5-10+ years of leadership experience in upscale or luxury culinary environments
  • Background in high-end steakhouses strongly preferred
  • Experience within Forbes 4
  • or 5-Star, Michelin-starred, or luxury hotel/resort dining programs preferred
  • Deep expertise in premium steak preparation, butchery, and sourcing
  • Proven success leading large culinary teams in high-volume, high-quality environments
  • Strong financial acumen across labor management, food cost, purchasing, and inventory control
  • Passion for polished, guest-focused dining experiences
