This role offers the opportunity to showcase your culinary expertise, manage kitchen operations, and inspire a team dedicated to excellence. As a Chef, you will be at the forefront of food preparation, menu planning, and ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality. Your leadership will drive the success of our food service operations, whether in fine dining, catering, or banquet settings. Responsibilities Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to safety standards Lead and supervise kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and motivated team environment Develop innovative menus that highlight culinary creativity while meeting dietary requirements and guest preferences Manage inventory control, food production, and food handling to minimize waste and optimize resources Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen area Coordinate catering events, banquets, and special functions with precision and professionalism Monitor food quality during preparation and service, providing training on proper cooking techniques and presentation Qualifications Proven experience in fine dining establishments with a strong background in food preparation and kitchen management Demonstrated supervisory experience leading culinary teams in fast-paced environments Extensive banquet experience and familiarity with catering operations Knowledge of dietary restrictions, food safety standards, and inventory management practices Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff and manage shift operations effectively Excellent menu planning skills with an eye for detail in food presentation Background in hospitality or restaurant management preferred, along with culinary certifications or relevant training Join us to craft memorable culinary experiences while advancing your career in a vibrant, energetic environment.
