  • Long-Term Growth Opportunity ### We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef / Operating Partner to lead the kitchen and help oversee the continued growth of a family-owned restaurant.
This is a long-term opportunity for a true operator — someone who takes pride in leadership, food quality, kitchen systems, team culture, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate is hands-on, leads by example, actively works the line, and is willing to step into all aspects of the operation to help drive success. ### Position Requirements
  • Minimum 5+ years of Executive Chef or senior kitchen leadership experience
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Must actively work the line alongside the team
  • Experience managing food cost, inventory, labor, prep systems, and ordering
  • Ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining consistency and professionalism
  • Passion for operational improvement, accountability, and team development
  • Dependable, solution-oriented mindset
  • High-volume restaurant experience is a major plus ### Schedule & Expectations
  • Minimum 50 hours per week required
  • Must be available nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Flexible schedule based on operational needs
  • Must be willing to support all areas of the operation when necessary
  • Strong sense of urgency, ownership, and accountability required ### Responsibilities
  • Full oversight of daily kitchen operations and execution
  • Lead, train, and develop BOH staff
  • Maintain high standards for food quality, consistency, cleanliness, and efficiency
  • Manage food cost, labor, prep systems, inventory, and ordering
  • Improve kitchen systems and operational workflow
  • Work directly with ownership on restaurant performance and long-term growth
  • Help build and maintain a strong culture of professionalism and accountability ### Compensation & Benefits
