Kitchen Flow is ARTILUX's signature in-home chef service designed to help families: Eat healthier meals consistently Reduce food waste Eliminate daily cooking stress Keep kitchens clean and organized Save time while improving quality of life Our chefs prepare fresh meals in the client's home, organize ingredients using FIFO methods, label and store meals properly, and leave the kitchen cleaner and more efficient than they found it. Responsibilities Prepare customized meals based on client dietary goals, preferences, and restrictions Cook high-quality meals with strong attention to presentation, flavor, and consistency Organize kitchens, ingredients, and storage systems efficiently Maintain excellent sanitation and food safety standards Coordinate directly with clients regarding menu planning and household preferences Track meal prep notes, client feedback, and ingredient usage Create a welcoming, professional, and hospitality-focused experience inside clients' homes Represent the ARTILUX brand with professionalism, reliability, and care What We're Looking For Previous culinary experience in restaurants, catering, private chef work, or hospitality Strong understanding of food safety, organization, and kitchen systems Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently Comfortable interacting directly with clients in private home settings Experience with special diets is a plus (high-protein, gluten-free, family meal prep, etc.) Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and attention to detail Reliable transportation required Ability to adapt quickly in different kitchen environments Ideal Candidate You are someone who: Takes pride in creating meaningful experiences through food Understands hospitality beyond just cooking Wants flexibility and growth outside of traditional restaurant environments Enjoys helping families improve their daily lives Thrives in organized, fast-paced environments Can confidently operate alone while maintaining high standards Why Join ARTILUX?
