We are looking for a skilled Sous Chef who can lead from the front, maintain standards under pressure, and help develop a strong kitchen culture. Responsibilities Assist in leading daily kitchen operations Manage and motivate line cooks and prep staff Ensure ticket times, food quality, and consistency are maintained during high-volume service Help oversee ordering, inventory, and food cost control Maintain cleanliness, organization, and health code standards Train and develop kitchen staff Work closely with management to improve systems and kitchen performance Step into leadership during service and help solve problems quickly and professionally Qualifications Minimum 2 years of kitchen leadership experience preferred Experience in high-volume restaurants required Strong line cooking skills and ability to work all stations Ability to lead calmly and effectively during busy services Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation Open availability, including nights and weekends What We're Looking For Someone who leads by example Strong work ethic and sense of urgency Team-first mentality Passion for hospitality and kitchen operations Ability to hold standards while keeping morale high Benefits Competitive pay Opportunity for growth Fast-paced, team-oriented environment Employee discounts To Apply Please send your resume and relevant experience.
