We specialize in premium steaks, fresh ingredients, handmade sauces, and cooking with olive oil and beef tallow — no seed oils. We are looking for a strong kitchen leader that can help us organize, grow, and maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment. PositionExecutive Kitchen Manager / Working Executive ChefLocation Parkland / Broward County, Florida Compensation $70,000-$90,000+ based on experience Performance bonus opportunities Growth opportunities available Responsibilities Manage daily kitchen operations Control food production and prep systems Oversee inventory and ordering Control food cost, waste, and portioning Manage and schedule BOH employees Maintain cleanliness and organization Train and develop kitchen staff Ensure consistency and quality in every dish Work the line and grill during busy shifts Maintain proper cooking temperatures and steak execution Coordinate with ownership and front-of-house management Create systems and improve kitchen efficiency Requirements Minimum 3-5 years kitchen management experience Steakhouse or high-volume restaurant experience preferred Strong grill and sauté experience Strong leadership and communication skills Knowledge of inventory and food cost control Ability to work under pressure Team-oriented mentality English and Spanish preferred Ideal Candidate We are looking for an operational leader, not just a creative chef.
