Job Description

We are looking for a Part-Time Assistant Sushi Chef with at least 1 year of experience. This position focuses on sushi prep, setting up the sushi station, and making sushi maki rolls in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Responsibilities:
Perform sushi prep, including preparing rice, fish, and vegetables Set up and maintain an organized sushi station for service Prepare sushi maki rolls consistently and efficiently Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety standards Assist sushi chef during service as needed
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of sushi chef experience Experience with sushi prep and making maki rolls Ability to set up and manage a sushi station Basic knife skills and attention to detail Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment Availability for evenings and weekends
