We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to be part of this exciting new venture. In this energetic role, you will assist the Executive Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations, ensuring exceptional food quality, and maintaining a vibrant, efficient work environment. Your expertise in fine dining, catering, and food management will be vital in delivering memorable culinary experiences to our guests. Duties Assist in supervising kitchen staff, ensuring smooth shift management and high standards of food preparation and presentation Oversee food production processes, including menu planning, food handling, and ensuring adherence to food safety regulations Manage inventory control and ordering to maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing waste Support dietary department needs by preparing specialized meals and accommodating dietary restrictions with precision Lead by example in food service management, fostering teamwork and maintaining a positive kitchen atmosphere Coordinate catering events and banquet services, ensuring timely delivery of quality dishes for large groups or special occasions Monitor kitchen operations during shifts, troubleshoot issues promptly, and uphold cleanliness and safety standards Experience Proven supervisory experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment with a focus on fine dining or catering services Extensive culinary experience with strong skills in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management Familiarity with inventory management systems and inventory control procedures Demonstrated leadership abilities with team management skills that motivate staff and promote collaboration Experience working within the food industry, including restaurant management or food service operations Knowledge of food safety protocols, dietary accommodations, and catering logistics Prior banquet experience is highly desirable; experience in serving high-end clientele is a plus Join us as a Sous Chef and be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering exceptional culinary experiences.
