Our concept is built around clean ingredients, local sourcing, scratch cooking, and a commitment to serving food made without seed oils. We are looking for a Chef who wants to help build something from the ground up and play a key leadership role in our opening team. This position combines culinary leadership with hands-on operational involvement and offers the opportunity to shape the kitchen, systems, team culture, and service standards from day one. The ideal candidate is not only a strong chef, but also a builder: someone who can help create the foundation for a growing brand, develop people, organize operations, and bring structure to a new kitchen environment. Responsabilities Lead daily kitchen operations Manage food quality, consistency, and execution Help build the kitchen team prior to opening Assist with hiring, training, and developing kitchen staff Create and implement kitchen workflows for prep, service, production, and station organization Build and maintain prep and production systems Ensure food safety and sanitation compliance Manage inventory and food cost targets Work closely with ownership during the opening and growth phases Help structure kitchen staffing, responsibilities, and station setup Support menu execution, refinement, and continuous improvement Set standards for communication, organization, cleanliness, and accountability within the kitchen Qualifications Previous leadership experience in a high-volume kitchen Experience managing and developing kitchen teams Strong organizational and communication skills Understanding of food cost, labor management, and kitchen operations Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Hands-on leadership style Passion for clean food, hospitality, and building strong team culture Preferred Previous leadership experience in a high-volume kitchen Strong organizational and communication skills Understanding of food cost and labor management Passion for clean food and hospitality Scratch kitchen experience Opening experience +experience training and developing teams Growth Opportunity Casa Origen Farm Kitchen is being built with a long-term vision.
