Responsibilities Prepare a variety of pastries, cakes, tarts, and desserts with precision and creativity Decorate cakes and pastries using advanced cake decorating techniques to ensure attractive presentation Assist in food production and food preparation processes to meet daily service demands Package baked goods efficiently while maintaining freshness and presentation quality Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to strict food safety standards Handle food with care, ensuring proper food handling procedures are followed at all times Support catering events by preparing specialty baked items and assisting with setup as needed Experience Proven pastry experience in a bakery, restaurant, or catering environment Strong skills in cake decorating, baking, and food presentation techniques Experience with food industry safety standards and food handling procedures Familiarity with kitchen equipment, knife skills, and baking tools Prior experience in customer service within a culinary setting is a plus Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper sanitation practices Previous kitchen or restaurant experience demonstrating culinary proficiency Join us to craft exceptional desserts that inspire delight!
