Job Description
Overview At The DrunkenWok, we serve bold, crave-worthy Asian flavors to hungry crowds before the party, after the game, and late into the night. We're looking for a cook who can bring speed, skill, and flavor to our food truck kitchen. Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of Asian-inspired dishes using our recipes and standards.
- Set up, stock, and maintain a clean, safe, and organized food truck kitchen.
- Handle high-volume cooking during rush hours with accuracy and consistency.
- Work as part of a small team to keep service running smoothly.
- Assist with opening, closing, cleaning, and restocking the truck.
- Occasionally interact with customers when needed (friendly attitude required). Qualifications
- 1-4 years of experience as a cook in a restaurant or food truck (Asian cuisine experience is a plus).
- Comfortable with wok cooking, grilling, and basic knife skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, mobile environment and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Food safety knowledge; ServSafe certification is preferred.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and teamwork are a must.
