Opportunities Sushi Chefs Fry Cooks Sauté Cooks Grill Cooks Qualifications & Requirements Minimum 1-2 years of restaurant kitchen experience preferred Experience in sushi, Japanese cuisine, or upscale dining strongly preferred Knowledge of proper food handling, sanitation, and kitchen safety standards Ability to execute recipes and plating with consistency and attention to detail Comfortable working multiple stations including fry, sauté, grill, or sushi bar Knife skills and seafood handling experience preferred Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliable transportation and punctual attendance required Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays preferred Passion for hospitality, quality food, and continuous learning
