About This Role We are seeking a talented, health-conscious Longevity Chef to join our private household team. This is more than a cooking position
  • it is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on daily wellness through the ealing power of food. If you are passionate about longevity nutrition, Mediterranean cuisine, farm-to-table cooking, and crafting everything entirely from scratch, we want to hear from you. We believe food should be alive, honest, and deeply nourishing
  • grown close to home, prepared with intention, and served with love.
Every dish in our kitchen starts from the finest raw ingredients and is made completely by hand. Schedule 5 days per week: Thursday through Monday Tuesday and Wednesday off Structured daily meal service with advance scheduling Key Responsibilities Farm-to-Table and Sourcing Source fresh, seasonal, and local ingredients from farmers markets, regional farms, and trusted artisanal producers Build and maintain relationships with local farmers, fishermen, and specialty purveyors Select produce, proteins, and dairy based on peak seasonality, quality, and sustainability Prioritize organic, heirloom, and pasture-raised products whenever available Manage all grocery shopping, pantry stock, and ingredient rotation with a zero-waste mindset Everything From Scratch
  • No Exceptions Bake all breads, crackers, and flatbreads from scratch
  • sourdough, whole grain, seed loaves Prepare homemade stocks, broths, and bone broths
  • no store-bought bases or concentrates Make fresh pasta, gnocchi, and grain dishes entirely by hand Craft homemade sauces, dressings, dips, and condiments
  • pestos, tahini, hummus, vinaigrettes Prepare fermented foods from scratch
  • yogurt, kefir, lacto-fermented vegetables, kimchi, kombucha Make fresh herb oils, infusions, and spice blends
  • no processed seasonings Produce homemade desserts and snacks
  • energy balls, raw bars, fruit compotes, sorbets Mediterranean Longevity Cuisine Design menus rooted in Mediterranean diet principles
  • EVOO, seasonal vegetables, legumes, lean proteins, whole grains, fresh herbs, and healthy fats Apply longevity and anti-inflammatory cooking techniques
  • turmeric, omega-3-rich fish, fermented foods, polyphenol-rich ingredients, and Blue Zone-inspired dishes Track and calculate macronutrient targets (proteins, carbohydrates, fats, and total calories) for each meal Bring creativity and artistry to every plate
