Salary:
Negotiable We are currently seeking a professional and welcoming Sous Chef to join our team at Porterhouse Music & Bar Restaurant. Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations
  • Prepare and present meals to high standards
  • Supervise and support kitchen staff during service
  • Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene standards
  • Assist with stock control and inventory management
  • Help with menu planning and recipe execution
  • Ensure smooth and timely food service
  • Maintain consistency in food quality and presentation
Key Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Sous Chef or senior kitchen role
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation
  • Ability to lead and motivate a kitchen team
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • Good understanding of food safety regulations
