Responsibilities Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, cakes, and baked goods, ensuring consistency and quality in every item Decorate cakes and pastries using advanced cake decorating techniques to create visually appealing designs Package baked goods efficiently for retail display or catering orders, maintaining presentation standards Assist in food production processes, including mixing, shaping, and assembling pastry components Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace in compliance with food safety regulations Handle food with care, adhering to proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene Support catering events by preparing specialty pastries and coordinating timely delivery Skills Extensive pastry experience with proficiency in baking techniques and cake decorating Strong knowledge of food preparation, food handling, and kitchen safety standards Excellent knife skills for precise cutting, shaping, and decorating tasks Experience with food industry standards related to food safety and sanitation Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Customer service skills to engage positively with clients and team members Familiarity with packaging techniques suitable for retail or catering purposes Previous restaurant or culinary experience preferred, especially within bakery or pastry settings Join us if you're eager to craft beautiful, mouth-watering pastries that bring joy to every customer!
