Full-time Now Hiring:

Neapolitan Pizza Chef Position does not start until August 2026. Some training will take place in late July — we are looking for qualified candidates early. Full-Time Position Starting at $20/hour + Tips (Compensation negotiable based on experience) We are looking for passionate and hardworking pizza chefs to join our team ahead of our opening in August 2026. Our focus is on quality ingredients, hospitality, and traditional techniques — including true Neapolitan-style pizza.

Pizza Line Chefs What We're Looking For:

Previous pizza-making experience required

• Experience with Neapolitan pizza is a plus, but not required
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen
• Team-oriented mindset and attention to detail
• Passion for authentic Italian food and hospitality

Training:

Traditional Neapolitan pizza training will be provided beginning in late July 2026 prior to opening.

Responsibilities:

Stretching and preparing pizza dough by hand

• Managing pizza station during service
• Operating and maintaining pizza ovens
• Assisting with prep and maintaining kitchen cleanliness
• Ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation standards We're looking for individuals who take pride in their craft and want to grow with a long-term concept rooted in authentic Italian culture and tradition.
