This is a rare opportunity to helm an iconic concept—bringing Parisian energy, precision, and style to one of South Florida's most anticipated openings. The ideal candidate is a confident, hands-on leader with a deep respect for classic technique, a sharp eye for detail, and a passion for delivering a vibrant, high-volume dining experience. Reporting to the property's Culinary Director, this role is dedicated to Pastis and responsible for all aspects of the kitchen's performance, culture, and execution. This landmark project will help shape the next chapter of hospitality in West Palm Beach and serve as the social anchor of The NORA District.
