Job Description

About the Role STARR Restaurants is seeking an accomplished and dynamic Executive Chef to join our leadership team at The Nora Hotel in West Palm Beach - opening Fall 2026. Reporting to the property's Culinary Director, the Executive Chef will oversee all culinary operations across the hotel's signature rooftop destinations, including an all-day restaurant celebrating the approachable flavors and coastal lifestyle of the French Riviera, a lively poolside dining experience, and a chic, high-energy cocktail lounge developed in collaboration with Mama Hospitality. In addition, the Executive Chef will provide strategic leadership and support for the hotel's private events and banquets, ensuring exceptional culinary execution across every guest touchpoint.
