Located in the heart of West Palm Beach's NORA District, the 201-room boutique hotel is developed by Richard Born. On the rooftop, Lilly's marks the debut collaboration between STARR Restaurants and Mama Hospitality Group, the team behind the acclaimed Mary Lou's destinations in Palm Beach, Miami, and Montauk. Inspired by the glamour and effortless sophistication of the French Riviera, Lilly's offers a vibrant rooftop experience that seamlessly blends all-day dining, sunset cocktails, late-night energy, and poolside leisure. Reporting to the Executive Chef, the Sous Chef will support daily culinary operations, lead and develop a large collaborative team, and ensure exceptional food quality and execution across multiple outlets and service styles.
