Job Description

STARR Restaurants is seeking Sous Chefs to join the opening team at Pastis West Palm Beach , the celebrated New York brasserie making its debut at The Nora Hotel . This is an exciting opportunity to be part of one of South Florida's most anticipated openings. Reporting to the Executive Chef, the Sous Chef will help lead daily kitchen operations, uphold culinary standards, and support the development of a large, collaborative culinary team. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about mentoring others, driving consistency, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
