Banquet Sous Chef Qualifications:

5+ years of culinary experience either in a private club, resort or luxury hotel environment Experience managing a high-volume, multi-outlet scratch kitchen Banquet and event planning experience essential Butchering and menu development experience required Successfully manage special events, menu rollouts, etc. Strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills
