Responsibilities Lead and supervise the kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment Develop innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends while maintaining quality standards Oversee food production processes, ensuring timely and accurate food preparation for all service areas including banquets and catering Manage inventory control, monitor food costs, and oversee procurement to optimize resources and minimize waste Ensure strict adherence to food safety regulations and sanitation standards across all kitchen operations Coordinate with the dietary department to accommodate special dietary needs and allergy considerations Oversee shift management, ensuring smooth operations during all service periods while maintaining high customer satisfaction Supervise food handling practices, ensuring proper storage, labeling, and rotation of ingredients Collaborate with restaurant management on staffing schedules, training programs, and performance evaluations Maintain a focus on fine dining standards, elevating the overall guest experience through meticulous attention to detail in food presentation and service Qualifications Proven culinary experience with a strong background in fine dining environments Extensive banquet experience and catering knowledge are highly desirable Supervising experience in a fast-paced kitchen setting with team management responsibilities In-depth knowledge of food production, food safety protocols, and kitchen management practices Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff members Experience in menu planning, inventory management, and cost control strategies Strong understanding of the food industry trends, hospitality standards, and customer service excellence Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and safety Join us as our Head Chef and bring your passion for culinary excellence to life!
