Job Description

Nepali Speaking Pastry Chef A popular bakery in Atlanta is seeking a talented and experienced Nepali-speaking Pastry Chef to join our team. As a leading bakery in the city, we are committed to delivering high-quality and innovative pastries to our customers. We are looking for someone who shares our passion for delicious baked goods and has a strong understanding of Nepali cuisine.
Responsibilities:
  • Create and design new pastry recipes that incorporate traditional Nepali flavors and ingredients
  • Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, cakes, and other treats according to established recipes and standards
  • Oversee the production of all pastry items for our retail store and wholesale orders
  • Train and supervise other pastry staff members, ensuring consistent quality and adherence to food safety guidelines
  • Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain equipment in the pastry kitchen
  • Ensure all products meet our high standards for taste, appearance, and presentation
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Pastry Chef in a professional kitchen
  • Fluent in Nepali with strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Extensive knowledge of Nepali cuisine, ingredients, and cooking techniques
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and supervise staff members
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1200 per week based on experience.
