As a key player in our hospitality operation, you will oversee all aspects of food preparation, kitchen management, and food service, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and presentation. Your leadership will inspire your team to create innovative menus and maintain efficient kitchen operations that delight our guests. Duties Lead and supervise kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and motivated team environment focused on delivering outstanding food service. Oversee menu planning, ensuring a diverse selection that meets guest preferences and dietary requirements while maintaining cost efficiency. Manage food production processes, including preparation, cooking, plating, and presentation to uphold quality standards for all dishes served. Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and hygiene standards across all kitchen operations. Control inventory levels, order supplies, and monitor stock rotation to minimize waste and optimize food costs. Coordinate catering events and banquet services, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality meals for large groups or special occasions. Implement shift management procedures, including scheduling staff shifts and overseeing daily kitchen activities to ensure smooth operations. Requirements Proven experience in fine dining establishments or high-end restaurant environments with a strong background in food preparation and kitchen management. Demonstrated supervisory skills with experience leading culinary teams in fast-paced settings. Extensive knowledge of food safety standards, dietary accommodations, and inventory control practices. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate staff and foster a positive work environment. Familiarity with menu planning, food production techniques, and catering operations within the food industry. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. Previous banquet experience or experience supervising large-scale events is highly desirable.
