Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate all aspects of food preparation, ensuring consistency and excellence in every dish served Lead menu planning and recipe development to maintain innovative and appealing offerings aligned with restaurant standards Oversee food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and proper handling of ingredients to comply with health regulations Manage inventory control, monitor stock levels, and place orders to ensure seamless kitchen operations Supervise kitchen staff during shifts, providing guidance, training, and support to foster a collaborative team environment Assist in catering events and banquet services, ensuring timely and quality food delivery for large groups Maintain high standards of food presentation, portion control, and quality assurance throughout all service periods Requirements Proven experience in fine dining environments with strong culinary skills and a passion for excellence Supervising experience in a fast-paced kitchen setting with team management responsibilities Extensive knowledge of food production, preparation techniques, and food safety regulations Experience with inventory management, cost control, and food service management practices Familiarity with catering operations, banquet service, and large-scale event coordination Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate staff and manage shift operations effectively Excellent communication skills combined with a thorough understanding of restaurant management principles Knowledge of dietary department standards and food handling procedures is a plus Additional skills such as bartending experience or hospitality background are advantageous Join us to lead a talented culinary team dedicated to delivering exceptional dining experiences.
