We blend modern Indian cuisine with global influences, craft cocktails, and premium hookah in a lively upscale setting. With entertainment, live music, and a creative dining experience, we are looking for a talented Sous Chef to join our opening culinary team. Responsibilities Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, plating, and service. Supervise kitchen staff and ensure quality standards are met. Maintain kitchen cleanliness, food safety, and compliance with health regulations. Help develop new menu items and fusion dishes that align with Starlight Lounge's brand. Manage inventory, ordering, and kitchen supplies. Step into the Head Chef's role in their absence to keep operations seamless. Qualifications Proven experience as a Sous Chef or strong Line Cook ready for next step. Experience with Indian cuisine and/or international fusion dishes highly preferred. Knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen operations. Strong leadership, teamwork, and time-management skills. Creativity, passion for culinary excellence, and attention to detail.
