We are representing a highly regarded upscale restaurant in Savannah that is seeking a talented culinary leader to oversee kitchen operations, mentor a strong team, and continue elevating an already successful dining experience. This is an exceptional opportunity for a chef who values work-life balance, a supportive ownership team, and the ability to make a meaningful impact without sacrificing personal time. What You'll Do Lead all back-of-house operations, including culinary execution, staffing, scheduling, and training Maintain exceptional food quality, consistency, and presentation standards Manage food and labor costs while driving operational efficiency Collaborate on seasonal menu development and culinary innovation Build, mentor, and retain a high-performing kitchen team Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards Foster a positive culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and excellence What We're Looking For Proven Executive Chef experience in an upscale, chef-driven, or fine dining environment Strong leadership and team development skills Financial acumen with experience managing food and labor costs Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences Hands-on leadership style with a commitment to quality and consistency
Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:
$90,000 - $95,000
Attainable Bonus:
