Boat Chef for our 65 ft. auxiliary sailing catamarans. This is an absolute dream job for a cook/chef. Whether you are grilling burgers for our Snorkel Tour or Steak and Shrimp for our Sunset Dinner Tour, our oceanfront dining experience is unbeatable! We offer the best "office" view imaginable! Showcase your talent while cooking out on the open ocean surrounded by dolphins and whales. Captain Andy's is the only boating tour company with our own kitchen and professional Culinary team, allowing us to offer the freshest, highest quality menus to all of our guests. You will play an integral role in ensuring every one of our guests has the finest dining experience Kauaʻi has to offer, and memories that will last a lifetime.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Prepare guest meals to company standards Properly store and maintain all food items; ensuring Department of Health and Food Handler standards are followed Ensure safe and accurate temperatures are maintained Maintain galley and dining areas in a clean and sanitary manner. Properly sanitize, disinfect, and clean all galley equipment Greet and converse with guests Perform Crew related tasks

Required Skills/Abilities:

1 year culinary experience, preferred but not required Able to work on a boat Able to lift 50+ lbs. Must have an open and flexible schedule. Must be available on weekends Food Handlers Certification Required (we will provide the certification course if needed) First Aid/CPR Certification Required (we will assist with certification if needed) Constant awareness of safety Excellent Customer Service Skills Professional and friendly disposition Valid Driver's License Sailing and boating experience, preferred but not required Willing to be apart of one of the best teams on Kauaʻi!
