We're building one of the most exciting kitchens in Honolulu and we're looking for people who want to be part of it. Thirty Eight is a harbor-side seafood restaurant focused on sharp execution, clean flavors, high standards, and a strong team culture. We're not looking for people just chasing a paycheck. WHAT YOU'LL DO

Cook and plate dishes with consistency, speed, and attention to detail Execute prep and service at a high level during AM or PM shifts Work with premium seafood, sauces, fresh ingredients, and refined techniques Help lead and support the kitchen team during service Maintain a clean, organized, professional station Follow and uphold food safety and sanitation standards Assist with inventory, prep lists, ordering, and minimizing waste Contribute ideas and help elevate the kitchen every day
