The ideal candidate should have experience in a full-service and high-volume restaurant and take pride in the execution of cuisine they deliver. In addition, we are looking for a team oriented and professional candidate. You must be able to effectively multi-task in challenging situations. Responsibilities include but not limited to cooking, inventory, quality control, standardization, training, prepping and yielding of high end meat and seafood products. Qualifications & Job Requirements:
Experience in a kitchen with high-volume sales is preferred Ability to work well within a team and quickly solve problems Creativity in preparing daily and nightly features Flexibility to work a variety of scheduled shifts (weekends, holidays, mid-day) Reliability and a sense of pride for your work Professionalism in attitude and appearance
