Job Description

We're looking for a Chef de Cuisine who shares that belief and is ready to lead.
The RoleThis is a hands-on leadership position for a culinarian who leads from the line, not from the office. You will own daily BOH operations driving quality, managing costs, developing your team, and holding the standard on every ticket. You'll work closely with ownership and front-of-house leadership to deliver a seamless guest experience built on consistency, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality.
What You'll DoSet and uphold the standard for food quality, plating, and consistency across every serviceLead and expedite during peak service present, focused, and composed under pressureManage food cost, ordering, inventory, and waste with discipline and intentionalityBuild and manage BOH schedules aligned to volume patterns and labor targetsRecruit, train, and develop line and prep staff investing in their growth, not just their outputMaintain a clean, organized, and fully compliant kitchen at all timesCollaborate with FOH leadership to ensure the guest experience is cohesive from kitchen to tableWhat We're Looking For2 3 years minimum in a Chef de Cuisine or senior Sous Chef role in a scratch-cooking, full-service environmentDemonstrated ability to manage food and labor costs to targetA leader who builds trust through consistency, transparency, and genuine investment in their teamStrong technical foundation classical technique, kitchen systems, ordering, menu executionCalm, organized, and solutions-oriented when the pressure is onAvailability for standard management hours including evenings and weekendsServSafe Manager certification requiredWhat Success Looks LikeYour kitchen hums with efficiency and urgency, your numbers are in line, and your team shows up ready to work because you've built something worth believing in.
