Manage food production processes efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of fresh baked goods. Package baked items attractively while maintaining quality and freshness for retail or catering purposes. Maintain strict food safety standards by adhering to proper food handling procedures and sanitation practices. Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new recipes and improve existing pastry offerings. Assist in catering events by preparing dessert platters and ensuring presentation excellence. Experience Proven pastry experience in a professional kitchen or bakery setting, preferably within the food industry or restaurant environment. Strong skills in cake decorating, baking, food preparation, and food handling are essential. Demonstrated culinary experience with proficiency in knife skills, food safety protocols, and kitchen operations. Experience in food production, catering, or restaurant service is highly desirable. Knowledge of packaging techniques for baked goods to ensure quality during storage and transport.
