This location is a completely renovated mountain resort featuring a range of amenities, including a bar, grill, golf course, and RV park.

Job Details:

Execute dishes to recipe and presentation standards Maintain speed and accuracy during high volume service hours Properly portion and control waste Keep a clean, organized, and stocked station Communicate clearly with team and management Follow food safety and sanitation standards Assist with catering production Contribute to daily production and prep lists

Qualifications:

Great work ethics as well as a good eye for details Proven experience as a chef, sous chef, or line cook Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations Weekend and evening availability A good communication skillset

Valid Drivers License Physical Requirements:

Be able to stand and walk for extended periods, up to 8-12 hours per shift Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds Ability to perform frequent bending, kneeling, and reaching throughout the shift Manual dexterity to handle knives and kitchen equipment Ability to respond to visual and audible queues Ability to read tickets, labels, and recipes
