Location:
Southern Illinois Salary:
$70k-$80k plus profit sharing
Benefits:
M/D/V, PTO, 401k, possible relocation assistance Midwest Casino seeking an Executive Chef for their multi-outlet property!
Qualifications:
4+ years of similar experience as
Executive Chef, CDC, or Executive Sous Multi-unit Experience Steakhouse Experience Casino Experience Preferred Responsibilities:
Lead culinary concept development and operational procedures, including menu creation, inventory management, and recipe development. Drive Financial performance by monitoring F&B performance, formulating strategic initiatives, and ensuring accountability in guest service and product quality across all outlets. Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing team while managing staffing needs, training, and engagement to improve productivity and morale. Oversee budgeting, cost management, and compliance with safety, health, and sanitation standards in collaboration with local and governmental organizations.
