Ever Restaurant, led by three-Michelin-starred Chef Curtis Duffy, is seeking dedicated individuals to join our back of house team. At Ever, precision is the baseline and consistency is the craft. Job Description Execute mise en place to exacting specs; uphold recipes, yields, and plating guides Maintain an immaculate, organized station; practice rigorous food safety and labeling Collaborate across savory and pastry Participate in pre-service tastings, and feedback loops Contribute to a calm, professional culture where every detail matters Ideal Candidates Coachable, detail-obsessed teammates with strong fundamentals (knife work, timing, cleanliness) Fine-dining experience preferred, not required; relentless standards required
