In this energetic role, you will deliver exceptional food service experiences by preparing and serving delicious menu items, managing transactions efficiently, and ensuring every guest leaves satisfied. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help create a welcoming atmosphere where customers feel valued and eager to return. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in food preparation, customer service, and restaurant operations while working in a vibrant team setting. Duties Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards, ensuring quality and consistency. Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems for order processing, cash handling, and sales transactions. Provide friendly customer service by taking orders, answering questions about menu items, and upselling additional products to enhance the guest experience. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and adhering to food safety protocols. Manage food handling responsibilities including proper storage, portioning, and serving to ensure freshness and safety. Assist in food prep tasks like chopping ingredients or assembling menu items to support kitchen operations. Support team members with cashiering duties, food delivery within the restaurant, and general restaurant maintenance to ensure smooth daily operations. Skills
SPANISH & ENGLISH REQUIRED
Proven experience in food preparation, food service or quick service & fast- food restaurant environments. Familiarity with POS systems for efficient transaction processing. Strong customer service skills with the ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining a positive attitude. Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Restock supplies as needed and assist with inventory management. Uphold responsible alcohol service policies and monitor guest behavior for safety. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order processing.
